Where we feel the most pain is where we need to be, rather than avoid, in order to truly become free and healthy in our approach to our daily responsibilities and to become better friends, partners and workers.

We have to acknowledge the pain that triggers our vulnerability and as we lovingly accept it, we will find it easier to release more kindness, compassion and love towards others.
