Even the most fractured relationships can be healed by starving your attention to any antagonism and by dropping all feelings of hurt.

Through this practice, there will never be a reason to fear another person’s reactions to you, because their way of seeing the world will never penetrate your inner peace, or disturb your awareness of the beauty of the world around you and of your brightness in it.
